Flush Cut and Reverse Crown

Service Overview
This precision machining service modifies your pistol barrel by flush cutting it to the length of the slide and then re-crowning the muzzle. The flush cut provides a clean, uniform appearance with the barrel end sitting perfectly even with the slide. The new crown ensures proper bullet exit and protects accuracy by minimizing the chance of nicks, burrs, or uneven wear at the muzzle.

What to Send

To perform this service correctly, please send:

• Your Slide and barrel

⚠️ Do not send your complete firearm unless specifically requested. If you must ship a full pistol, all applicable laws and transfer procedures will apply.

What We Do

1. Measure and mark the barrel to achieve a perfect flush fit with your slide.

2. Machine the barrel end clean and even with the slide face.

3. Cut a precision target-style crown (usually an 11° or recessed crown, based on customer preference) to protect rifling and ensure consistent bullet departure.

4. Deburr, polish, and Reblue the muzzle for a professional look. ( If you would like your barrel refinished with our DLC/PVD Coating Please add that service from our pistol services page)
