Pin and Laser Weld Muzzle Device

Unlike most companies we use a Micro Laser Arc Welder to do our pin and weld service. This allows for extremely accurate and precise welding capabilities, with almost zero slag. This results in an extremely clean weld.

This service is completed on your provided barrel and muzzle device

Please be advised that once we pin and weld a muzzle device it is considered permanent. There are ways to break the pin and weld but it will be assessed with a different invoice, it is not always guaranteed that we will be able to save the muzzle device or threads.

Please verify that you have chosen (and love) your handguard and gas block. Once the pin and weld service is completed you will not be able to remove your gas block or barrel nut. The reason we mention the handguard is due to the fact that different handguards generally use different barrel nuts and are not compatible, so please purchase a handguard/ barrel nut that you love before sending in your upper receiver.

Exceptions: If you do not have or do not want to send in your completed upper receiver we will at the bare minimum need your upper receiver, barrel nut, barrel, gas block, gas tube, muzzle device, and muzzle shims or crush washer.
