We will need you to ship in your Stripped Slide, Barrel and recoil spring. We do this so that we can accurately place the ports so they line up with your specific Slide to barrel fitment.

Our porting service offers an incredible reduction in felt recoil, a much faster return to zero and an overall flatter shooting experience. Unlike most companies offering porting services we use a high powered laser engraver to port your barrel. What makes all the difference is that when we laser our ports in you get a guaranteed smooth finish inside the bore with no burrs. This happens because we are not cutting the metal with a mill we are burning it away with a laser. The end result offers a seamless finish with no need to worry about micro burrs inside of your bore affecting accuracy or worse causing obstructions.

We Do offer refinishing options such as cerakote and PVD/ DLC Coating (Add 2 weeks for DLC/PVD Coating) if no coating is selected we will cold blue the ports to prevent any rusting from occuring.

Overview Of Porting Hole Styles:

THE STANDARD: Consist of 5 Circular Ports at the 12 O’clock Position 2 in the Forward Window Cut of Your Factory Slide and 3 In the Center Factory Window Cut.

X2: Consist of 2 rows of smaller Circular ports 10 in total. 4 Small ports in the Forward Window Cut of Your Factory Slide and 6 in the Center Factory Window Cut.

COMPETITOR: Consists of 5 Stadium Style ports ascending in size starting at the rear of the center window cut and working out toward the muzzle. Through testing we’ve found this style of porting to offer a balanced recoil impulse (May Require a reduction in recoil spring weight)

FS: Consists of 5 Stadium Style Ports, 2 in the Forward Window cut and 3 in the Center window cut. This Differs from our Competitor Cut by having all port holes the same size. This cut allows the most off-gassing without compromising functionality. (As with the competitor cut this style may require a reduced power recoil spring)
